WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Adults stay for US$36 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas.
Please note that an airport pick-up service is available at extra charge. Guests who want to make use of this service must provide flight details, arrival date and time at time of booking.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature
2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature)
3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license

Please note that the resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Please note that 50% of the room rate will be charged for early check in from 6 AM and late checkout up to 10 PM.
