  : Mayura Apartment is situated in Wellawatte, just near Havelock city Colombo. The access is good, 150mtrs from the property you have lot of shops to eat, buy stuff and also a retail shop inside a Indian Oil petroleum pump. The place is not noisy and has beautiful apartments around it. The apartment was quite huge with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning table, sofa, Television, Hi speed wifi which is individual for the apartment. The rooms had air-conditioning. Bathroom size was also quite big and clean. In the kitchen you have all the utensils you may need to eat food or even cook and eat. They provide a gas cylinder and stove too. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. In the utility we had a fully functional washing machine, we bought the detergent from the nearby shop and could easily wash our clothes, they also provide a stand to dry the clothes. The rooms are airy and ample sunlight comes during the day. There was no water problem and one night when the electricity went off immediately there was generator back up. There is also a 24hrs security at the gate so that you can come anytime, you are welcomed. They don't provide breakfast but Uber eats gives excellent service. Uber cabs and autos also come to doorstep easily. The place is safe and secure too. Our family enjoyed the stay completely. The owners are good and hospitable people ready to serve with a smile. I would recommend Mayura Apartment to anyone who are looking for spacious, comfortable stay with in the city.

  : Very good facilities for the price, an excellent management and staff. Spacious and clean apartment.Excellent hospitality. Our requests were met and they us feel very comfortable there. Will recommend to stay there.
