WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Renuka City Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Please note that the total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival in USD. Please note that the credit card used to pay for a room reservation should be presented on check-in at the hotel. Payments cannot be made with a third party’s credit card unless the third party card holder and the card is present at check-in.

Please note that:
- One child up to 6 years can be accommodated free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability.
- One child 7 years and above or an adult is charged USD 23.45 per person per night (including all the taxes) in an extra bed. (Rate on Room Only)
- One child 7 years and above or an adult is charged USD 36.48 per person per night (including all the taxes) in an extra bed. (Rate Including Breakfast)

Any changes and cancellations should be made before 12 pm ( Sri Lanka daylight savings time), 3 days prior to arrival date.
Extra beds can only be placed in a Standard Room or a Super Deluxe Room
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of extra cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
